Bob Cass

People often say that I am a visionary and leader — most effective at the 50,000-feet level. My #1 strength is 'ideation', which is bringing together disparate strategies. I can see things that other people can’t, which is real helpful when a business isn’t sure why it’s struggling.

Bob helps organizations grow and become more profitable by focusing on key factors that differentiate their product or service in the marketplace. He is known for an exceptional ability to quickly assess the big picture and remove organizational and functional boundary issues to achieve improved sales and performance. He has successfully led the turnaround and sale of one of Platinum’s equity fund portfolio companies, in addition to client companies.

Bob and his wife Nancy have been married over 30 years, with two grown and married sons. They are both oriented to family and community. Bob is a long-time hockey coach in his community of Eden Prairie. He also enjoys everything to do with baseball, as well as mentoring youth and adults.
